More than 20 years of experience as a senior lecturer at universities, universities of applied sciences, and international continuing education institutions, as well as a consultant and advisor in the development and implementation of corporate, business, and marketing strategies across a wide range of industries (services, finance, construction, energy, electronics, mechanical engineering, food, agriculture, computer science, etc.). Studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a specialization in Media and Communication Management (MCM); completed a dissertation while working on the topic“Cognitive Biases and Debiasing in Strategic Decision Making.” Since 2019: Member of the Municipal Council of Rehetobel (AR). 2018–2024: Executive Director of the ISP MBA program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Since 2017: Managing Director of SGCM Consulting & Management AG (organization and delivery of management consulting and management training). Since 2004: Lecturer and senior consultant on behalf of the St. Gallen Management Institute (SGMI), the St. Gallen Business School (SGBS), and the St. Gallen Management Program (SMP), conducting management seminars and consulting engagements on the topics of “Holistic Management,” “Strategic Management,” “Strategic and Operational Marketing,” and “Strategic Sales Management”. Has also served as a lecturer for other institutions, including the Boston Business School, Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences, and the University of Krakow. 2002–2016: Director of In-House Seminars and Program Director of the diploma programs at the St. Gallen Business School (SGBS), one of the largest and most renowned providers of management seminars in the German-speaking world. Responsible for the design, organization, and delivery of management seminars and consulting services tailored to specific client needs. As program director, he was also responsible for the design and organization of diploma programs, academic advising and student support, as well as the administration and evaluation of diploma exams and theses.
